Consumer terms
Last updated 10 August 2026 · Draft for professional legal review
The comparison service
Compare My Kitchen provides an independent, document-based comparison intended to help homeowners understand quotation differences. The consumer service is free.
Limits of the report
The comparison is based solely on the information supplied. It does not replace a physical survey, professional design verification, contractual advice, installation inspection or legal advice. A missing or unclear specification is reported as such rather than assumed.
No guarantee or recommendation to contract
Any best-value assessment is an informed comparison of available documentation, not a guarantee of workmanship, solvency, final cost or suitability. You remain responsible for verifying the final quotation and contract.
Alternative offers
Requesting better offers is optional. Before any sharing, you will be shown clear, separate consent text explaining that contact details, documents and analysis may be shared with a limited number of registered retailers who may contact you directly.
Retailer independence
Retailer subscriptions and lead payments do not affect comparison scores, rankings or conclusions. Retailers contract with homeowners directly; Compare My Kitchen is not a party to a kitchen supply or installation contract.
Draft status
These launch terms are intentionally marked for professional legal review. Commercial liability, governing law, cancellation, complaint and statutory-right wording must be finalised by the appointed solicitor.
